Zafa Glass
Crushed Glass Abrasive for Restoration & Automotive Work
Restoration work needs media that strips paint and rust without warping thin metal or damaging softer surfaces. Zafa’s finer grades leave a clean, bright finish on car bodies, trailers, wood and masonry.
Recommended grades
- 40/80 for auto body panels, aluminum and graffiti removal;
- 20/40 for frames, trailers, equipment, log homes and brick;
- -80 for cabinet work on small parts.
Frames & Chassis
Rust and coating removal on suitable steel frames, brackets and chassis components.
Wheels & Smaller Parts
Controlled cleaning of suitable steel rims and removable parts, with a trial before processing.
Body Panel Assessment
Exterior sheet metal needs a conservative trial and specialist approval; blasting may distort or roughen panels.
